The researchers willing to participate in the Conference should register using the on-line form.

In the registration, it is necessary to specify the actual electronic address which will be further used in the authorization and correspondence.

It is strongly recommended that the "organization" field should be filled, with "generic" definitions of the types Federal State Unitary Enterprise, State Unitary Enterprise, Federal State Budget Scientific Institution, etc. dropped.
